Cinema at the Edge of the Forest
showing of 11 movies near the woods from June 24 till July 6
Superpark is a project of the Adamello Brenta Geopark Nature Reserve, organized by Superflùo, now in its seventh year.
The forest serves as the setting for a series of 11 'zero-impact' films.
Attention to the surrounding environment and sustainability are at the heart of this film festival under the stars. The forest becomes the theater where you can enjoy the various screenings, the meadow serves as the cinema seats, and the silence-thanks to the use of headphones for every viewer throughout the entire show-ensures respect for the forest's inhabitants.
Once again this year, alongside screenings powered by solar energy from the 'Cinéma du Désert' solar truck, some of the films on the program will utilize the Ciclo-Cinema, an innovative and sustainable project that directly involves the audience. The electricity needed to power the screening is supplied directly by the audience, who are tasked with pedaling on special bicycles for the entire duration of the show to generate energy.
All screenings begin at 9:15 PM; they are free with reservations, subject to availability.
We recommend clothing appropriate for the evening temperature in the mountains.
You'll watch the movie in the woods while sitting on the grass: bring a blanket (preferably waterproof) to stay comfortable and a light source (flashlight or headlamp).
