Dawn in the alpine pasture in Val Ambiez

MEETING POINT: 6 a.m. in Church square of San Lorenzo in Banale
At sunrise in Val d'Ambiez, the gateway to the Brenta Dolomites, we meet the shepherdess Chiara, the landlady of Malga Senaso di Sotto. We watch the milking and processing of the cheese and enjoy a healthy, wholesome breakfast made from the products of the malga. We admire, with the operators of the Adamello Brenta Nature Park, the waterfall hidden among the rocks
PROGRAMME:
6.00 a.m. departure by jeep for the Val d'Ambiez.
6.30 a.m. start of the dairyman's day at Malga Senaso di Sotto: call of the cows to the cowshed, milking, processing of milk to make cheese.
8.00 a.m. breakfast with malga products and Mama Erica's cakes.
9.00 a.m. breaking of the curd, tasting of malga cheese and visit to the malga.
10.00 a.m. walk in search of the hidden waterfall.
11.30 a.m. return by jeep to San Lorenzo Dorsino (from Pont de Broca).
