Hiking and cultural events dedicated to exploring the fortified area of Fontanabona, combined with a visit to the 'Skoda Museum' in Giustino.
A walk through picturesque surroundings along the Anton Malina Trail: we will follow part of the Fontanabona Barrage, amidst the traces left by the Great War on the landscape. The words from soldiers' diaries will immerse us in the extreme situations and events that shaped this landscape a hundred years ago.
Meeting point: 08:45 at the car park of the 'Skoda Museum' in Giustino
ACTIVITY PROGRAMME:
08:45 Meet at the car park of the 'Skoda Museum' in Giustino and visit the Museum.
At the end of the visit, make your own way to Val Genova. (Car park opposite the Fontanabona Refuge)
10:30 Start of the guided walk at the 'Ponte delle Trincee' with all participants.
